Job Title: IT Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the imaging and deployment of laptops, ensuring that all devices are configured correctly and securely for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imaging and Deployment: Create and deploy standardized images for laptops, ensuring all necessary software and configurations are included.
- Hardware and Software Setup: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on laptops, including operating systems, applications, and security updates.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops, providing timely support to end-users.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all laptops, including their configurations, locations, and user assignments.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of their laptops.
- Security: Implement and enforce security policies to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for imaging processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on imaging and deploying laptops.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in imaging software (e.g., Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, SCCM), operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common applications (Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
